• Partial replacement of existing carpentry / locksmith
• Installation of a central space cooling system, with the installation of a new pipe network and the installation of a fan convector;
• Replacement of existing boilers with more energy efficient ones,
• Partial replacement of lighting fixtures.

Total investments (BAM with VAT): 2,141,476.80 BAM

Estimated savings on energy costs after the realization of the sub-project, on an annual basis – calculated (BAM): 68,600

Total energy savings (thermal and electrical): 613,538 kWh/year

CO₂ emissions: 270 tCO₂/year
