Regular lectures at the “Enver Čolaković” Elementary School, in Breza and Elementary School “Vladimir Nazor” in Zenica, interrupted the sudden visit of the Beepster heroes, who came from another planet to give the students an important message: “Your planet Earth is in great danger,” warned Beepster.
Through an educational – entertaining workshop, Beepster explained to students that combustion of fossil fuels gets energy, but also to release carbon dioxide (CO2). It allows the atmosphere to retain part of the sun’s radiation and heat, thus preventing the cooling of the Earth and exacerbating heat in the universe. However, large consumption of fossil fuels in everyday life generates too much of this gas. This is why global warming is taking place that significantly affects climate change on Earth.

“You do not want floods, droughts, and the noisy world” – said Beepster, and shared advice for a smarter use of energy to save Earth together. “Do not let the water run while you brush your teeth. Use the power bulbs, plant wood. With your behavior you can become heroes and change the world.”
At Beepster’s workshops, the students had the opportunity to take a look at the animated film about climate change and get acquainted with Beepomat, a device that easily illustrates how irrational use of energy from fossil fuels leads to global warming.

Within the “Bosnia Energy Efficiency Project” and held workshops, Beepster just last year met more than 650 students from 13 schools across the Federation. This is a project of the Government of the Federation of BiH which is financed by the World Bank funds and is implemented within the Ministry of Physical Planning of the FBiH.
