The education system in Bosnia and Herzegovina does not provide fully adequate knowledge of energy-efficient behavior, therefore the help comes from Beepster, a super hero from another planet, which combines game, learning and technology into one useful whole and transmits to children knowledge of the importance of energy efficiency.

Within the “Bosnia Energy Efficiency Project” and held workshops Beepster has met more than 650 students from 13 schools across the Federation. This is a project of the Government of the Federation of BiH which is financed by the World Bank funds and is implemented within the Ministry of Physical Planning of the FBiH.
“Every time someone leaves the lights on during the day or leave the charger plugged in and do not charge your phone, tablet or other device, power is consumed. With your energy-efficient behavior you can save the earth,” Beepster advised.
At Beepster’s workshop, the students had the opportunity to take a look at the animated film about climate change. Also, Beepster introduced them to Beepomat, a device that easily illustrates how irrational use of energy from fossil fuels leads to global warming.

After many useful tips and information on the importance of energy efficiency and the consequences of global warming, socializing and fun, Beepster shared the lessons with the students who would remind them every day that it was time to help the planet Earth.
In the video, see the students’ positive reactions, and how Beepster’s socializing with the youngest has passed.
